So I have been exercising very regularly for several weeks now. I mean, 3 or 4 times a week for about 6 weeks. I can't pinpoint specific changes in me. I do think I feel more energy, more stamina. Perhaps I'm falsely attributing this to exercise, but I honestly think that the extra physical activity is really starting to show benefits. This morning I even got to the Y early so I could hit the treadmill before swim class. Tomorrow is my return to Yoga. It's been three weeks since I've challenged myself on the mat in this class. I'm sort of nervous about how much ground I've lost. But you know what? I need that hour of peace... so even if I can't hold those down dogs for as long as the instructor wants... I will improve.
